Coffee-flavoured meringues

Ingredients
– 1 tbsp of coffee
– 250 g powdered sugar
– 4 egg whites

Preparation
Preheat oven to 120°C. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Slowly add sugar. Add the coffee.
Place meringue on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper using an icing bag.
Cook for 1 hour. The meringue will become a crunchy fondant.
