Coffee Granita

You only need a few ingredients to make this original, frosted nectar.

Per person:

50 cl strong coffee
80 g sugar
30 cl water
Zest of two lemons

The recipe:

In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and lemon zest to a boil. Mix everything with the coffee in a container and let cool. Remove the zest and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork. Serve the granita in a glass cup.
